We are currently offering a Carry Pouch promotion that can be selected during the checkout process if you wish to do so. You would simply accept the offer when it is offered to you to receive the carry pouch offer or decline the offer if you would rather not. If you have a carry pouch already in your order that discount will not be automatically applied to the one in your cart. You would need to accept the offer and then remove the carry pouch previously added that was full price.
