In order to make a gift exchange, you can use our quick and easy portal on our website at the link below. Click the link on the bottom where it says start a gift return. Then enter the buyers email address and Order number (which will be the first 6 numbers of the PO # on your order). Then enter in your name, email address and shipping information so we can make sure the return label is sent to you instead of who gifted it.
