We want every Zestt organics product you purchase to bring joy!  If you are unhappy for any reason, you are welcome to return unused, unwashed merchandise for a full refund within 60 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping or can utilize our pre-paid return label for a flat $4.95 per order. We will issue your refund after your items have been received and inspected by our warehouse, usually within 48 hours of receipt.  You will be notified when your refund has been processed.  All refunds will be issued back via the same method used to make the original purchase.  Please note that it may take 2-10 days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
