We want every Zestt Organics product you purchase to bring joy! If you are within the US and are unhappy for any reason, you are welcome to return unused, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receipt. At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to our international customers. Refunds issued to the original form of payment are subject to a $4.95 return label fee. Size and color exchanges or returns for store credit are always free of charge. 

Your refund will be issued after your items have been received and inspected by our warehouse, usually within 48 hours of receipt.  You will be notified when your refund has been processed.  All refunds will be issued back via the same method used to make the original purchase.  Please note that it may take 2-10 days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. 

*Warehouse sale and other clearance items with prices ending in .99 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
