Thank you so much for reaching out. Because our products are 100% organic, we do not use any chemical softeners or straighteners. Our fabrics do tend to wrinkle and roll from time to time due to the construction. In this case we recommend using a steamer to flatten. If you still have issues after steaming, we can certainly send you a replacement just in case it was a factory error in construction. Let us know how it works out!
